Luther Arkwright

This is the picture that was on the back cover of Issue 5 of the Valkyrie Press series of the Adventures of Luther Arkwright ("The Theatre of Cruelty"), and it is also - if I might add - the coolest picture I have ever seen of a comic book hero anywhere! And so, rather unsurprisingly, it became the logo for the site, used on every page!

I mean, look at the detail, the grace, strength and power in the drawing... and then take a long, hard look as Luther's expression: do you really want to mess with him?

And, by the way, I would dearly love to own a flying jacket the one Luther is wearing here.... I just need to save up long enough!
